Description: Specify the maximum number of seconds spent waiting for a complete T3 message to be received. This attribute helps guard against denial of service attacks in which a caller indicates that they will be sending a message of a certain size which they never finish sending.
What is serverCompleteT3MessageTimeout?
This OID specifies the timeout in seconds for receiving complete T3 messages at the server level. Channels can override this. Example: 120 seconds means any T3 message taking longer than 2 minutes to fully arrive is abandoned.
