State indicating this module has just been created and is being initialized.

What is scaPojoComponentRuntimeDeploymentState?

This Integer32 encodes the deployment state (UNPREPARED, PREPARED, ACTIVATED, NEW), per the MIB description. State changes as the component is deployed and started. Example: a value of 3 (ACTIVATED) means the component is running and processing requests; 1 (UNPREPARED) indicates it is not yet deployed.
