What is scaContainerMaxIdleTime?

This specifies the maximum idle time for stateful service instances, per the MIB description. Idle instances older than this are removed. Example: maxIdleTime of 300 (seconds) means stateful components inactive for more than 5 minutes are recycled to free memory.
