Description: Returns the number of pending messages. Pending messages are over and above the current number of messages. A pending message is one that has either been sent in a transaction and not committed, or been forwarded but has not been acknowledged.
What is safAgentRuntimeMessagesPendingCount?
This counts messages that have been sent in a transaction but not committed, or forwarded but not acknowledged. These are at-risk messages that could be re-sent. Example: 18 pending messages represent transaction work in-flight that has not been confirmed.
