Description: Returns the Number of requests executed out of turn to satisfy this constraint.
What is minThreadsConstraintRuntimeOutOfOrderExecutionCount?
This OID counts how many times requests have been executed out of their natural queue order to satisfy the min threads guarantee, bypassing normal FIFO scheduling. Out-of-order execution is necessary when min threads are reserved for critical work. Example: if count is 10,000, it indicates 10,000 times critical work jumped the queue ahead of regular requests.
