Description: Maximum number of concurrent threads that can execute requests sharing this constraint. A count of 0 or -1 is treated as if the constraint is not present. This means that no constraint is enforced for these two values. A count > 0 can be dynamically changed to 0 to indicate that constraint enforcement is no longer needed.
What is maxThreadsConstraintCount?
This OID limits how many concurrent threads can simultaneously execute requests that share this specific constraint. A value of 0 or -1 disables the constraint entirely, while positive values enforce hard caps on parallelism. Example: setting this to 50 ensures that no more than 50 threads process requests governed by this constraint, protecting downstream resources from overload.
