What is jmsQueueBytesThresholdLow?

This OID sets the low-water mark where alert conditions are cleared once queue size drops below it. It prevents thrashing between alert states when queue sizes fluctuate near the high threshold. Example: if high threshold is 4GB, low might be set to 3GB so the alert only clears after the queue drains significantly.
