Streaming datatypes (e.g. blob/clob) will be pulled in StreamChunkSize sized chunks from the WebLogic Server to the client as needed. Chunked streaming prevents large BLOBs and CLOBs from consuming excessive memory by fetching them incrementally. Example: a 64KB chunk size means a 10MB BLOB is fetched in ~160 network requests, keeping memory usage capped at 64KB instead of loading the entire blob at once.
