What is jdbcDataSourceRuntimeWaitSecondsHighCount?
This is the longest time in seconds that any single request waited for a connection since DataSource startup. Very high values indicate critical bottleneck events. Example: a max wait of 120 seconds means some requests waited 2 minutes for a connection, almost certainly timing out.
