What is jdbcDataSourceRuntimePrepStmtCacheDeleteCount?
This is the cumulative count of statements evicted or deleted from the prepared statement cache due to cache overflow or TTL expiry. High values indicate cache pressure. Example: if 50,000 statements were deleted from a 2,000-statement cache, statements are being evicted faster than they're being reused.
