What is jdbcConnectionPoolShrinkFrequencySeconds?
Number of seconds to wait before shrinking a connection pool that has incrementally increased to meet demand. The increment determines how many connections are added when the pool expands to meet growing demand. Example: with increment of 5, when all 20 initial connections are busy, the pool grows to 25; if still insufficient, it grows to 30, up to the maximum of 100.
