What is jdbcConnectionPoolRuntimeMaxCapacity?
This is the configured maximum number of connections the pool is allowed to create and maintain simultaneously. It's a hard limit set at pool configuration time. Example: a pool configured with max capacity 100 cannot create the 101st connection, even if 100 threads request one simultaneously.
