What is iiopEnableIORServlet?

This OID controls whether the embedded IOR servlet publishes COS Naming Service object references for external lookup. Enabling the servlet allows remote clients to bootstrap against the COS Naming Service without knowing a hard-coded address. Example: a Java client on a different network can request the IOR servlet to look up a trading service by logical name.
