This OID holds a hexadecimal representation of the 20-byte source site ID, computed from the SourceSiteURL. It updates automatically when the SourceSiteURL changes. Example: 'a1b2c3d4e5f6a1b2c3d4e5f6a1b2c3d4e5f6a1b2' uniquely identifies a federated site.
