Description: Returns the maximum number of threads in the pool.

What is executeQueueThreadsMaximum?

This is the maximum number of threads the queue can grow to under load. It's the ceiling for thread pool expansion. For example, a maximum of 200 threads means the queue won't create more than 200 worker threads.
