What is entityCacheCumulativeRuntimeTotalNumberOfRejections?
This OID accumulates the total number of entity entries rejected from cache insertion due to capacity constraints. Rejection count measures how often cache is full. Example: 50000 total rejections means 50000 entities could not be cached due to space constraints.
