What is entityCacheCumulativeRuntimeAvgPercentTransient?
This OID reports the average percentage of cache entries that are currently transient (in-memory only), complementing the persistent percentage. Avg transient percentage indicates in-memory cache dominance. Example: 70% transient means on average 70% of entries are memory-resident.
