What is clusterMulticastAddress?

This is the multicast IP address cluster members use to communicate with each other (e.g., 224.0.1.2). It enables peer-to-peer messaging between cluster nodes. If misconfigured, cluster communication fails; a valid multicast address ensures cluster members discover and sync with each other.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.140.625.510.1.35
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> BEA-WEBLOGIC-MIB::clusterMulticastAddress

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.140.625.510.1.35.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> BEA-WEBLOGIC-MIB::clusterMulticastAddress.1
