Description: Maximum number of periods that a cluster member will wait before timing out a Cluster Master and also the maximum number of periods the Cluster Master will wait before timing out a Migratable Server.
What is clusterHealthCheckPeriodsUntilFencing?
This is the number of consecutive failed health checks before the cluster master considers a member dead and initiates failover/fencing. It prevents false positives from isolated network glitches. For instance, a value of 4 means the member must fail 4 consecutive checks before being declared dead.
