What is applicationLoadOrder?
This integer specifies the sequence in which applications are loaded at server startup—lower numbers load first. It controls application initialization order and dependency resolution. For example, if a security app has loadOrder=10 and a main app has loadOrder=50, the security app initializes first to set up authentication.
