Description: The current Adminsitrative state of the interface as defined in ISO/IEC 10164-2.
What is identIfAdministrativeState?
This read-write field controls the administrative state per ISO 10164-2: locked(1)=not available, unlocked(2)=available, shuttingDown(3)=stopping. Allows admin control. Example: locked(1) prevents the card from operating; unlocked(2) enables it.
