Description: The IP address this neighbor is using in its IP Source Address. Note that, on addressless links, this will not be 0.0.0.0, but the ad- dress of another of the neighbor's interfaces.
What is basOspfNbrIpAddr?
This read-only value is the IP address the neighbor uses as its source address; on addressless links this is not 0.0.0.0 but rather the address of one of the neighbor's other interfaces, since the link itself has no address to use.
