What is basOspfIfPollInterval?
This read-create value is the longer interval, in seconds, at which Hello packets are sent to an inactive NBMA neighbor (one that hasn't responded), used instead of the normal hello interval to avoid flooding an unreachable neighbor with Hellos. It defaults to 120 seconds.
