Description: The Area the Host Entry is to be found within. By default, the area that a subsuming OSPF in- terface is in, or 0.0.0.0

What is basOspfHostAreaID?

This read-only value identifies which OSPF area the host route entry belongs to, defaulting to the area of whichever OSPF interface subsumes the host, or to the backbone (0.0.0.0) otherwise.
