Reports the encryption algorithm that was actually negotiated and is in use for IKE Phase 1, such as AES-CBC-128, AES-CBC-192, AES-CBC-256, 3DES-CBC, or DES-CBC. This confirms the cipher currently securing the IKE key exchange.
