What is fddiStatsRingState?

A read-only enumerated value reporting the ring's currently detected state: 1 operational, 2 non-operational (claim in progress), 3 non-operational (beaconing), or 4 non-operational (directed beaconing). An admin can watch this to see at a glance whether the ring is healthy or stuck in a fault-recovery state.
