This counter is zeroized when: o Issuing 'clear crypto sa counters' in CLI. o Setting avipsMonitorRstCntrs in MIB (equivalent to above). o Issuing 'clear crypto sa all' in CLI. o Activating the crypto-list on an interface for the first time. o Failing-over to a different peer. o Learning a new local-address (DHCP, PPPoE, user config).
What is avipsTunnelOutOctetsWraps?
This read-only counter tracks how many times avipsTunnelOutOctets has wrapped past its 32-bit maximum, resetting on the same clear/failover events as the tunnel's other counters.
