Description: The value of sysUpTime when this entry was created. This can be used by the management station to ensure that the entry has not been deleted and recreated between polls.
What is atmStatsCreateTime?
Records the sysUpTime value at the moment an ATM statistics entry was created. Management stations use this to confirm that an entry has not been silently deleted and re-created between successive polls.
