What is askeyDhcprBroadcastControlAction?
This read-write enumeration specifies the response when broadcast rate limits are exceeded: drop packets, raise alarms, or both. Prevents network disruption. Setting to 3 (dropAndAlarm) drops excess packets and alerts.
