Description: The starting time for this call in seconds since startup. A value of 0 is returned if entry is invalid (ie. 'callStatusValidFlag' is invalid(1)).

What is callStatusStartingTimeStamp?

This timestamp records when the call started, in seconds since system startup. A value of 0 indicates invalid entry. Used to calculate call duration.
