arcCDTimeInterval

Module: ARC-MIB

OID (symbolic): ARC-MIB::arcCDTimeInterval

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.117.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-write

Description: This variable indicates the time interval used for the nalmQICD state, in units of second. It is a pre-defined length of time in which the resource will stay in the nalmQICD state before transition into the alm state after it is problem-free.

Instances of this object SHOULD persist across agent restarts.

What is arcCDTimeInterval?

Configures the cool-down period in seconds that a resource must remain problem-free in the nalmQICD state before alarm reporting resumes. This prevents alarm flapping by requiring sustained stability before re-enabling alerts.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.117.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ARC-MIB::arcCDTimeInterval

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.117.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ARC-MIB::arcCDTimeInterval.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.2.1.117.1.2.1 i <value>
