If the network to which this AppleTalk port is connected is a Phase 1 network or a non-extended network, the value for atportNetEnd shall be two octets of zero.

Integer (0-65279) specifying the last AppleTalk network address in this port's range, or 0 for non-extended/Phase1 networks. Engineers use this to define contiguous address blocks per port; setting 250 completes the range 200–250 above.
