Description: The service queuing priority. Service statistics is collected for each service queuing priority. Current OSAP supports up to 4 priorities. If a service doesn't use a priority, the corresponding entry has 0s for all counters.

Reports the queuing priority level used for a service, with statistics collected per priority (up to 4 supported). If a priority is unused by a service, all counters for that entry are zero.
