Description: These values control the relative buffering capacities of the four queues. Each byte represents the proportional buffering capacity out of 100 for a queue. The sum of these bytes must equal to 100.

For example, if 2 queues are used, and the buffering capacities are 90 and 10, then acQosQueueBuffCaps should be set to '\0x5A\0x0A\0x00\0x00'.

What is acQosQueueBuffCaps?

Specifies the proportional buffer capacity (as a percentage out of 100) allocated to each of up to four QoS queues, controlling how much memory each queue may use when absorbing bursts of traffic.
