This configurable threshold (integer, writable) raises alarms when Degraded Minutes in an interval surpass the set count; setting to 0 disables monitoring. DM tracks periods of degraded quality below the SES threshold, helping catch early warning signs before severe errors occur. Setting to 2 alerts if the link degrades for more than 2 minutes per interval.
