This configurable daily threshold (integer, writable) triggers alarms when Bursty Errored Seconds in a day reach the configured level; 0 means disabled. Daily BES helps separate burst-related errors that correlate with weather from persistent line quality problems. Setting to 60 alerts if burst errors accumulate beyond 60 seconds/day.
