This integer far-end interval threshold parameter raises alarms when remote Path Coding Violations surpass the configured count; 0 turns off monitoring. Remote PCV thresholds let operators track encoding problems at the far end to diagnose whether the carrier circuit is degrading. A setting of 100 alerts if far-end coding violations exceed 100/interval.
