What is acDs1IntervalValidStats?
A boolean flag indicating whether this 15-minute interval's statistics are complete and trustworthy. Network engineers exclude invalid intervals from trending and SLA calculations. Example: false on interval 1 (in progress) means the current interval's data is incomplete until the 15-minute window closes.
