What is acDs1ConfigLineStatusLastChange?
A timestamp (system uptime value) recording when the DS1 last transitioned to its current line status. Network engineers use this to correlate configuration changes or outages. Example: a timestamp of 12345 (123.45 seconds) means the line status changed shortly after device reboot.
