Description: This variable indicates the Line Status of the interface. It contains loopback, failure, received 'alarm' and transmitted 'alarms information.
The ds1LineStatus is a bit map represented as a sum, therefore, it can represent multiple failures (alarms) and a LoopbackState simultaneously.
ds1NoAlarm must be set if and only if no other flag is set.
If the ds1loopbackState bit is set, the loopback in effect can be determined from the ds1loopbackConfig object. What is acLogicalDs1ConfigLineStatus?
This read-only integer (1-131071) is a bitmask of DS1 line alarms: loopback, failure, received/transmitted alarms. Multiple flags can be set simultaneously. Network engineers decode this to identify the specific circuit impairments affecting the DS1 link.
