What is cnfFceDatTdmE11Mod?
Sets the operational mode for the E/T1_1 TDM channel in the PBPS framer. In 'rfi' mode the channel output is connected in the HSI direction; in 'ber' mode a bit-error-rate test signal is connected to the E1 stream in the HSI direction.
