What is cnfFceDatBerSpeed?

Sets the WAN capacity allocation for the BER (Bit Error Rate) test stream, effectively limiting the over-the-air speed for BER measurement purposes. This controls how much bandwidth is allocated to the BER stream on the wireless link.
