Description: When enabled, the Annex translates all upper case characters to lower case as they are received from the port.
What is anxpMapToLower?
When enabled, uppercase ASCII characters are converted to lowercase on input. Forces lowercase-only mode. Example: enabled converts 'A' to 'a' on receipt.
