Module: AIMOS
OID (symbolic): AIMOS::aimosRemoteV1TemperatureAge
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6408.201.3.5.15.1.5
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: VariableTime
Access: read-write
Description: The Remote Unit has five temperature probes. For this, the MIB contains the following objects: . aimosRemoteV1TemperatureAmp1 . aimosRemoteV1TemperatureAmp2 . aimosRemoteV1TemperatureAmp3 . aimosRemoteV1TemperatureBoard . aimosRemoteV1TemperaturePowerSupply
These objects are of type TemperatureStatus and contain the temperatures measured at the according probe in degrees centigrade.
The time when the values were last read is recorded in the object aimosRemoteV1TemperatureAge of type VariableTime. This value can be set to empty text in order to prompt the Controller to query the temperatures anew with the next request to a cachedValue(2)-instance directly at the Master Controller.
What is aimosRemoteV1TemperatureAge?
Records how long ago the Remote Unit's five temperature probes, covering amplifiers 1-3, the board, and the power supply (aimosRemoteV1TemperatureAmp1, Amp2, Amp3, Board, and PowerSupply), were last read. Setting this value to an empty string tells the Controller to re-query all five temperatures fresh from the Master Controller the next time a cached-value instance is requested.
