What is aimosGSMNSOV1CellStatus?
This read-write field is a bitmask (0-255) that an admin can set to describe the state of a GSM cell being tracked: bit 0 = CELL_SUITABLE, bit 1 = CELL_LOW_PRIORITY, bit 2 = CELL_BARRED, bit 3 = CELL_LOW_LEVEL, bit 4 = CELL_FORBIDDEN, and bit 5 = CELL_OTHER. Any other combination of bits signals that the cell is in an alarm condition.
