Description: The tcp port number used by the telnet server may be configured using the aiCLCTelnetServerPort object. By default this object uses the well known port number 23.

What is aiCLCTelnetServerPort?

This is the TCP port number where the Telnet management service listens for remote connections. Engineers set non-standard ports to reduce exposure to automated port scanners. Example: set to 2323 instead of standard 23 to avoid detection by network scans.
