What is sfpDMITxPowerHighWarnState?
This is an enable/disable switch for the warning alert on high transmit optical power. When enabled, the switch raises a warning (not a critical alarm) if TX power exceeds the configured threshold. Use this to catch power creep before it triggers critical alarms.
