What is flowControlConfig?
This enables or disables IEEE 802.3X flow control, which pauses packet transmission when the remote device is overwhelmed. Enabled flow control prevents packet loss during traffic bursts; disabled allows packets to drop if buffer fills. Enable for critical data, disable for latency-sensitive traffic.
