Module: ADVA-MIB

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2544.2.4.2.10

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: SourceIpAddress

Access: read-write

Description: IP address used as source IP address in FTP Client session

What is sourceIpAddress?

This read-write object contains an IPv4 address that the device will use as the source IP for outbound FTP client connections during firmware transfer. In network monitoring, this parameter ensures that backup traffic originates from a monitored or restricted IP address within the management network. Example: 192.168.1.100 would configure the device to bind its FTP client session to that source interface.
