Indicates if bit/byte stuffing is used in the transport signal.
What is otuSectionConfigStuffing?
Reports a boolean or enumerated flag indicating whether bit-stuffing or byte-stuffing is active in the OTU transport signal. This OID shows whether rate adaptation is enabled to compensate for clock differences between client and server layers. Example value: 1 (stuffing enabled).
